A SIGNATURE IN EVERY PATTERN

We combine creativity with technical expertise, bringing every detail in broderie and guipure lace designs to life with a distinctive production approach.

FIRST STEP: DRAFT PREPARATION

Creating collections by taking fashion trends and customer demands into consideration is a long and challenging process. The first step of the design process is the sketch, also known as the draft work.

This stage is a preliminary drawing process carried out to reveal the general outlines of the pattern. Created entirely by hand without using any digital tools, this work is a form of embroidery-like art in which the designer transfers their imagination onto paper before the final design takes shape.

DETAILS

After the pencil sketch, the pattern, now clearly taking shape, begins to reach its final form. Bringing out the fine details on paper with colored pencils helps the design achieve its final appearance before the punching process.

PUNCHING PROCESS

It is now time to transfer the design, whose final touches have been completed on paper, into the digital environment and prepare it for machine production.

This stage, called the punching process, acts as a bridge between the design and the machine. During this process, the design is adapted to the machine, millimetric commands are assigned to needle movements, and the thread is guided on the fabric.

VARIANT STUDY

The variant study is one of the most challenging yet enjoyable stages of the process.

In line with seasonal trends, our design team selects the most suitable yarns, fabrics, and different printing options for each pattern, while skillfully applying the right colors. These are the final touches that complete the design.

By using the right colors and creating trend-driven designs within the collection, our design team’s primary goal is to earn the appreciation of our valued customers, who are at the heart of our work.

PRODUCTION PROCESS

After our designs, produced within our extensive machinery park, reach their final form, they are ready to be presented to our customers’ appreciation.
